Eric Romo’s 1997 E36 M3

Well, not anymore… Sorry Eric.
Eric Romo pulled up to the Azusa Canyons with a massive smile on his face, you know, the type that makes you damn sure he’s going to be a good dude before you even talk to him. But beyond the smile was the car he pulled up in, a 1997 Estoril Blue Pandem E36 M3 dropped on Airlift 3P Suspension with one-off BBS LM’s built specifically for his car.
This was one of the coolest cars I had seen in awhile. I mean… look at it!
I had asked Eric what interested him in this car and he mentioned his Dad. Romo’s Dad had owned a 1994 E36 Sedan that would eventually spark a flame in him to own an E36 of his own, only he didn’t want just another sedan. Eric had his eyes set on an ///M car, a coupe to be exact.
He already knew he loved the E36 platform, saying it was “classy but sporty”, an all around perfect choice. So when he came across this wild E36 M3 it checked all the boxes. And frankly, the rest is history.
